One of my favourite magazines Giftrap asked me to write an article on Customer Service and we thought it would be fun to create 10 Commandments!
The magazine is the leader in relation to issues pertinent to the gift and homewares sector. Even if you aren’t in gift and homewares retail there are great articles and information for all retailers.
