Event organiser called me today, made me a little cranky.  He wants to create the best digital bla bla event and if I pay for a stand at the expo – he will give me a speaking spot. I told him I get paid to speak, I don’t pay to speak…. WHEN WILL THESE PEOPLE LEARN THAT THIS MODEL IS DONE! Delegates want great relevant content not endless rows of stands with bored people in them (normally on their iphones!)

Anyone else think facebook ‘hiding’ the notifications and highlighting how you can ‘Promote’ read ‘Pay’ to highlight past notifications, is annoying???????

Yesterday I had another encounter with #terriblecustomerservice I was at the Sportscraft counter at David Jones returning a scarf but buying other product…. They had their own conversation; budgets, weekend figures how busy they were on the weekend, blondie going to Bondi, (her budget is too high) is she driving….. ARG!!!!

I was invisible!! Shame on you all – 3 people who get my #badretail tag!!
